  • Touch/click the “Register Now” button at the top of the registration page.
  • Enter your Personal Information then "Next".
  • Add your spouse if desired then "Next".
  • Review Registration Summary then "Next".
  • Select "Credit Card" and enter credit card info ($387 for you, $150 for your spouse).
  • Agree to terms and conditions then "Submit".
  • Registration confirmation page is displayed.
  • If confirmation page not displayed, review form for errors.
  • Touch/click the "Book your hotel" button to reserve your room at the San Jose Hilton or touch/click the blue "Reserve your hotel" button below.
  • You will receive an email with your confirmation number. Save your conformation number.
  • To modify your registration,
    • Touch/click the yellow “Register for AIC” button below.
    • Touch/click the “Already registered” link at bottom of the registration page.
    • Enter Email Address and Confirmation Number.
    • Touch/click the "Modify Registration" button.
    • Follow instructions to modify as required.
  • What are the workshop level definitions?
  • 1 = No background knowledge required. Presentation is entertaining and wide ranging.
  • 2 = Familiarization with the topic. Presentation highlights an area of interest.
  • 3 = Basic understanding of topics, concepts, and/or software. Presentation focuses on concepts and techniques often with demonstrations.
  • 4 = Solid understanding of topics and underlying background information. Presentation has narrow focus often with analytical sophistication and complexity.
  • 5 = Solid understanding of topics with additional background strengths in other areas (programming, math, optics, mechanical design…etc). Presentation is narrowly focused and can highlight emerging techniques or technology.
